Shipping & Returns:

Orders will be sent by private courier UPS-DHL-SEUR...within 48 hours after purchase and will be received between 3 - 4 days later, for orders made in the peninsula and 4-7 days for European orders. For all other destinations the delivery will be subject to the transport company.

In case you do not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate term is fourteen (14) business days.) During this period, no Forwarding or refund of the order.
Only returns for products in their original condition will be accepted, without having been used or with any damage not related to transportation.

The shipping cost can be consulted in the basket once you add the products, selecting the area where the products should be sent as the destination. This way you will always see updated prices according to your destination.
