RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipments:

Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When the payment has been received, we will proceed to send the order and send you an email with the tracking number of the package.

Orders will be sent by private courier within 48 hours after purchase and will be received between 3 - 4 days later, for orders placed in the peninsula and between 4-7 days for European orders. For other destinations, delivery will be subject to the transport company.

In the event that a package is not received within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) business days. During this period, no reshipment or refund of the order.

The User has seven (7) days to return a product with which he is not satisfied. Within this period, you can return the product to us (the shipping costs will be at your expense) together with the invoice and the completed and signed return voucher.

We ask you to return the merchandise to us by certified mail or with an insurance that you can make with the transport company for the value of the product. This insurance will be necessary in case of theft or loss of the merchandise by the transport company. In any case, the eventual expenses of the return are borne by the consumer.

According to this right of return, only products that are sent with their original packaging, in new and complete condition (with accessories, manuals, cables, etc ...) will be accepted. Items that have been sent incomplete, damaged, or dirty by the Customer will not be accepted.

In case of refund:

- If the product is returned within seven days (the postage stamp will be authentic) from the delivery to your home, NAVIGATORLURES will reimburse you for the full cost of the returned material. There will be no refund in the shipping costs or in the payment commission applied in case of payment by card or cash on delivery.

Returns:

Consumer information according to art. 69.2 of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the defense of consumers and users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU): In accordance with the provisions of art. 71 of the TRLGDCU, you have a period of 7 days to withdraw from the purchase you have made. You must return the product in the same conditions in which you purchased it and with all its elements and accessories and its original packaging. According to the right of return, only products that are sent with their original packaging, in new and complete condition, will be accepted.

Within this period, you can return the product to us (shipping costs will be at your expense) together with the invoice or receipt of payment.

We advise you to return the merchandise by mail safely or with an insurance that you can do with the transport company for the value of the product. This insurance will be necessary in case of theft or loss of the merchandise by the transport company. In any case, the eventual expenses of the return are borne by the consumer.

Protect the item (s), as you will be responsible for possible damages suffered during transport.

In the event that you return the broken, dirty, damaged, torn or deteriorated product in any way, that it does not work or that all its elements, accessories or original packaging are not sent, such situations are attributable to the consumer for having omitted the diligence that is required: no amount will be refunded and the product (s) that you had sent will be forwarded to you.

In the event that the product is not collected, if it is returned by the corresponding agency or courier, it will be deposited at the headquarters of our company for a period of 1 month at your disposal from the date of receipt. If you do not claim it within such period, it will be understood that you renounce it.

Refund of the money:

Once the merchandise has been received and reviewed, we will proceed to refund the money as follows:

-If you have paid by credit card, the amount * of the returned merchandise will be credited to the same card.
-If you have paid by transfer, a transfer will be made to the number of cc that you indicate.
-If the payment is by PAY PAL, the refund will be made by PAY PAL to your account.
