HOW TO ORDER
To place the order you must follow the following steps*:
Select the product (s) you want to buy
Go to the cart and select your destination and payment method
Fill in your contact and shipping information
Once the order is placed you will receive an email confirming it
When the payment has been received, we will proceed to send the order and send you an email with the tracking number of the package.
* In case of being a customer from outside the European Community or the Canary Islands, before placing the order you must register and wait to receive a confirmation email to be able to make the purchase free of VAT (21%).
Cost of transportation:
The shipping costs will be at your expense, at the time of making the payment said cost will be indicated according to the shipping area *.

* If there are customs expenses when crossing the border they will be at your expense.
Payment can be made through the following methods:

The sale prices indicated on the Portal are shown in euros. VAT is included in these prices. The price of the products does not include shipping.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. However, we are committed to apply the rates in force indicated in the Portal at the time of placing your order.
Stock information in the Portal:
Green- Product with immediate availability.
Red- Product sold out.
Shipping & Returns:
Orders will be sent by private courier within 48 hours after purchase and will be received between 3 - 4 days later, for orders made in the peninsula and 4-7 days for European orders.
For shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands will be sent by ordinary mail (approximately 7-10 days), in case you want to receive the order more quickly you can indicate through an email message and the surcharge will be calculated.
For all other destinations the delivery will be subject to the transport company.
In case you do not receive a package within the indicated period, an investigation will be carried out together with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate term is fourteen (14) business days.) During this period, no Forwarding or refund of the order.
Only returns for products in their original condition will be accepted, without having been used or with any damage not related to transportation.
